Description

The markdown parser crashes when encountering malformed markdown syntax, specifically when headers are not properly formatted.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create markdown with malformed header (e.g., "##Header" without space) 2. Run parser on the file 3. Observe crash with stack trace

Expected Behavior: Parser should handle malformed markdown gracefully, either by fixing it or providing clear error messages.
